Mill Creek is a 27.9-mile-long tributary of the Cumberland River in Tennessee that runs through Williamson and Davidson counties. It is a part of the Mississippi River basin via the Cumberland and Ohio rivers. The creek starts near Nolensville, Tennessee, and winds through the Antioch, Cane Ridge, South Nashville, and Donelson neighborhoods before emptying into the Cumberland River about 2 miles upstream from downtown Nashville.

Mill Creek was named one of America's Most Endangered Rivers in 1996. Mill Creek now boasts higher water quality, accessible bike trails, and an interpretive center thanks to two local non-profit organizations.
